Processing customer Web orders has never been easier. With ePOS,
processing is done in three simple steps and automation takes over,
ensuring accuracy and expediency. See below for details:
- Order is picked, either by a printed picklist or a wireless device
- Selected items are shipped & items not in stock are backordered
- Click "Process" and automatically:
- Inventory is debited
- Credit card, debit card, campus charge is debited (or suspended)
- Customizable invoices and packing lists are printed
- Automatic Emails are sent to customer notifying them of their order
status
- Interfaces with UPS and FedEx make shipping very easy
