  • Address Verification Service (AVS)
    • Credit information is verified using the Address Verification Service (AVS)
    • This valuable service compares the billing address submitted by the shopper with information on file with the issuing bank
    • It then lets you know how well the information matches and allows you to reject any credit card use where the shopper doesn't know the billing address
    • This included feature will minimize, if not eliminate, credit fraud on your site

Order Processing
With ePOS, order processing is done in three simple steps and automation takes over, ensuring accuracy and expediency.
  • Order is picked, either by printed picklist or a wireless device
  • Selected items are shipped and items not in stock are backordered
  • Click "Process" and automatically:
    • Inventory is debited
    • Credit card
    • Debit card, campus charge is debited or suspended
    • customizable invoices and packing lists are printed,
    • automatic emails are sent to the shopper notifying them of their order status

    • "Lookup by ID" uses an interface with the campus registrar to provide a personalized one-page listing of all the books the student needs for the term selected
  • New/Used substitution options
    • Shopper's substitution preference is printed on pick list, so there is no need spend time contacting shoppers individually
  • Online Textbook Adoptions package makes it easy for faculty to submit requisitions
  • Faculty can reuse old requisitions, search books used in other courses, search textbook inventory or add books manually

Universal Availability
ePOS allows textbook data to be imported from foreign systems. Clients can also upload their own custom formats. Some examples include:
  • Ratex, Missouri, Nebraska, BudgeText and Follet

Textbook Updates
