Sequoia Training Center
Training
Our training department consists of three full time training specialists.
They have a combined 22 years of experience working in bookstores including
Green River Community College, Georgia Southern University, and the
University of Texas. Their broad product knowledge comes from their
extensive experience working with SCS, PCPOS, ePOS, and Textbook Partner.
In addition to in-store training during installation, we have a variety of
on-going training options available to help you learn more about our
products and functionality. Follow-up training is great for new
employees, refreshing knowledge about existing procedures, and expanding
system functionality. Some of the training options we currently offer include:
- Online sessions (limited to two hours per session)
- In-store training
- In-house training in one of Sequoia's offices
- Regional User Group Meetings
