Tradebook Partner is designed to meet the specific needs of large tradebook
departments. It allows for separation from general merchandise and
textbooks with real-time and accurate inventory. Tradebook Partner streamlines the tracking of rapidly changing stock mix.
Not only does Tradebook Partner enable complete publisher integration with
the Store Control System, but it also provides a special order module, which
saves time and unnecessary costs by limiting on-hand inventory while maintaining
full margins.

- Receive an invoice for single or multiple purchase orders: system determines which purchase orders to assign to each title

Books In Print Interface
Bowker's Books In Print® database has over 4 million titles. Sequoia has designed
an interface to allow the import of Books in Print information directly to
your system. This reduces data entry and ensures accurate book information transfer
into your database. With this interface:
Electronically search Books-In-Print from any enabled register or computer terminal
Automatically download information from Books In Print to build new items
Speeds special orders, making them easy to find and order
Available inventory is quickly identified and located
Ingram PrimeSource
Tradebook Partner is integrated with the Ingram PrimeSource program. With this integration:
Orders can be sent via FTP to Ingram
Purchase Order Acknowledgements and Advanced Ship Notices are received from Ingram
When shipments are received, receiving personnel simply scan the ASN barcode on the boxes to receive the books into the store's inventory
Ingram will pre-tag the books for you at your request
