On March 9th, April 14th, and April 15th, we held our annual User Group meeting. This particular UGM was a departure from our previous meetings as this event was held as a series of webinars. Although we would have preferred to hold our UGM in person this year, we found that the webinar format allowed a greater number of attendees to participate in our online training sessions. In fact, this year's virtual UGM had our greatest number of attendees-172-which broke all of our previous UGM attendance records.

UGM attendees participated in sessions ranging from a preview of our GM management application and ePOS 5.0 to tips on how to get the most out of our Bookshare and Textbook Partner products.

Our annual User Group Meeting continues to be a valuable resource for the Sequoia user community, providing us not only with feedback on new product features, but a forum for customers to network and exchange user tips. As a result of the success of this year's virtual meeting, we hope to incorporate a "virtual" element in our meeting in Lake Tahoe next year.
