Receiving
Because of our complete system integration, receiving can be done in multiple
locations with real-time updates. You can be confident in the
accuracy of your on-hand inventory with Sequoia's receiving software.
Additional features include:
- Receiving can be done on CRT terminals in receiving area, or directly
in TBP
- Inventory is updated in real time as books are received, and the stock
ledger is updated with the cost and retail of books received
- Book tags can be printed automatically at the time of receiving
- Book tag templates are customizable. There are currently over 25
different templates to choose from
- Book tags can be printed on a variety of printers, including most laser
printers, Monarch models 9402/9425/9830, and the Cognitive Solutions Barcode Blasters
- Invoice information can be passed to accounting for review, or posted
to a third party accounting system or University accounting system for
payment
